When you request a quote or book an event with us, whether through the quote form on our website, by email, telephone, or text message, through an event marketplace such as GigSalad or The Bash, or through an AI assistant as described below, we collect your contact details (name, email address, and phone number) and the details of your event (event date and times, event type, venue or event location, guest count, staffing needs, bar menu preferences, and any notes you add). We also record how you found us. We use this information to prepare and send your quote, to communicate with you about your event, to schedule and staff your event, to process payments and deposits, to maintain business records, and to measure our marketing.
Requests Made Through AI Assistants
You can request a quote through AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude. When you do, your conversation with the assistant is handled by that assistant's provider (for example, OpenAI or Anthropic) under the provider's own privacy policy. We receive only the quote request details listed above, which we process exactly as if you had submitted our website quote form. We do not receive your conversation history.
Service Providers We Share Information With

• Self-hosted automation tools that move data between the systems above.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep quote and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and we then delete or anonymize them.
Children Under Age of 13
Barspirit does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database.
